BILL OF LADING-PROVISION LIABILITY FROM SHIPPERS VALUATION
The liability of carrier shall not be greater than $[Maximum liability] Dollars unless a greater valuation is declared at the time of shipment and an extra charge of [extra charge] cents for each $[excess valuation] Dollars excess valuation is paid.
